Welcome to Crafternoons at The Studio at Kathie Jordan Design — a relaxed, welcoming space for people who love making things, trying new techniques, and getting a little creative. Unlike our guided workshops, where you'll learn to create a specific project, Crafternoons are yours to shape. Bring something you've been wanting to work on, finish a project that's been sitting on your to-do list, or experiment with materials and techniques you've always wanted to try. You don't have to be an expert, and you don't have to arrive with all the answers. Just bring your curiosity and a project idea. What's included? Your $40 Crafternoon booking includes four hours in the Studio, with access to a selection of our creative tools and supplies: * Moulds, stencils and stamps * Brushes, open-studio paints and tools * Tea, coffee and a sweet treat * A welcoming creative environment and a little time just for you Need something extra for your project? Transfers, paint inlays, air-dry clay and other selected supplies are available to purchase at a discounted rate. Meet your creative guide Your host is Aimee, The Studio's resident affable artisan. She'll be on hand during Crafternoons to offer a helping hand, share ideas, answer questions and help you work through those tricky creative moments. Aimee also leads our hands-on workshops, where you can learn new techniques and create a specific project with step-by-step guidance. Whether you arrive with a clear plan or an idea that's still taking shape, you'll have someone nearby to help you find your way. Small groups. No drop-ins. Please book ahead. Crafternoons are limited to just eight participants, and advance registration is required. We keep the groups small so everyone has room to work and access to the tools and guidance they need.
